They are even good for newly born babies and you can give them by directly boiling them. Baking the potatoes will make the food tastier and good for health when compared to prepare it ordinarily.
Get some sweet potatoes from the grocery shops or vegetable markets. If you want to get them freshly, then you can get them directly from the farms and fields where they are growing in large quantities. People having their own sugar industries can get the sweet potatoes in large quantities from the fields directly without much effort. If you are finding difficult in buying them due to the distance to the market, then you can buy them in large quantity and preserve them for your future.
Take the sweet potatoes and rinse them well with the warm water so that the mud or soil covering them gets removed from them. Many people don’t want the skins and they can peel off them. But skins contain large nutritional value when compared to the inner part since it stores in its skin. Then get ready with your home oven by setting its temperature at 400 degrees. Heat them for about 20 minutes. Since they are hard, they would take some more time to get cooked.
Once they boiled, get a knife and cut them into pieces to cook them in a pan. Add some garlic, flavors, onion, salt and chilly powder for good taste and color.
